If a foreign friend is coming to my hometown, I would like to take him to Xidan, which I regard as the most interesting place in Beijing.

The bookstore sells many kinds of books, such as novels, textbooks, and science books. The readers even can find a CD corner on the third floor. Moreover, Xidan has several big shopping malls.
